An exciting week, I mean it was Groundhog's Day on Monday! Six more weeks of winter according to the old groundhog. For us it meant a weekend of theatre with grandkids in two different cities. Arie took Arie and Kai to "High School Musical" in San Diego on Saturday and I took Calista to "Alexander's Horrible, Terrible, No Good Day" in Whittier. Sunday was Super Bowl Sunday so it was a good reason to go to the theatre for me and the "girls". The "girls" are eight of that like each other and plays. We saw "Pippin" done with deaf performers. It was truly a great beginning to a new season of theatre.
Tuesday we had birthday dinner for our own personal groundhog. Nothing better than family, spaghetti and chocolate cake! Grandpa even got to watch a DVD with Calista and she even wanted him to sit with her while she took her bath.
A great week so far, heading to Borrego Springs for the weekend. It is supposed to rain, may not get as much geocaching done as we might like..we will see.
